How to boot using usb recovery in windows 8?

Let's see if this will help. go into bios then go to boot then to boot devices and set usb as first boot drive. You will most likely have to use the arrow keys in there. Now that is the basics. Really need more info such as, are you just reinstalling? Is this a fresh boot (because you may have disable secure boot in some cases} let me know!
