I have a weak wifi signal I want to set up my home network from my mobile phone storage drive TV Media Server and possibly another computer what do I have to do to boost or extend my wifi signal Bridge to an access point and set up my own network

Its actually a xfinity wifi hotspot from a block away and i am also a bock from a cell tower i have 5 diff wifi access a block away i get signal but its very weak
