I Recently ordered the parts to make my first gaming PC, I Spent hours ensuring that the parts are compatible with one another and ordering it, Once all the parts arrived i began to build it. All went well and Installed everything and ensured that it was installed correctly. Upon wiring it i ensured every wire was used and in its correct place (Including the 4+4 Pin and 24 Pin) and the fans and everything (my GPU Doesn't require an auxiliary power cable) However upon testing the PC I I Noticed that all the fans worked except the GPU Which stopped a few seconds later and there were no Beeps. My monitor also was receiving no signal and i spent hours troubleshooting the PC to see what was wrong.
The three parts i think may be causing the boot failure include my motherboard, GPU And PSU.
My motherboard is a
MSI A88XM-E35 which fits fine in my case and all the headings are correctly installed along with wiring
My GPU Is a
Asus AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB which is also installed correctly into the PCI-E
My PSU Is a 500W 12cm PSU built into my case which is the
CiT Templar Micro ATX Interior
Since my GPU Is failing to spin and there is no boot i have suspicions that it is my PSU Causing me a headache but i was wondering if there were any solutions/troubleshooting tricks which can help me determine what i should RMA Or do to get my build working.
Thanks
