I guess it depends on the rest of your system and your plans. Are you overclocking? What connectivity are you after? # of drives, # of USB ports. Multiple GPUs?
They are all the same chipset, so they all have the same basic features. 4 or 6 Intel Sata III ports, overclocking capability. The differences are going to be minor, and all come down to what you want it to be able to do.
