I need to connect 5 random Laptops/PCs to a big screen (some 50+inch TV probably).

My problem:
We have notebooks at small office of 5 people and we sit at one big table. We need some sort of 50+inch screen on wall to share and talk about some stuff. But the problem is that every laptop is different (list of them at the end of this question), and we need to be able to share random laptop's screen on the big screen during the talks and swap from one to another occasionally.
Does anyone know some device/solution to this? (we dont have the TV yet so it could be some sort of Smart TV or TV with some device etc), doesnt really matter what.

I already looked up Chromecast, Intel WiDi but these seem to work on very limiated number of devices and i need to share "desktop" not Chrome tab, i need to share opened Autocad/Photos/web page ... basicaly i need to share my "duplicate Screen", i dont to extend my screen or any other thing, just share what one "sees on his laptop screen"

We have:
1x laptop with win XP (this one could be excluded and changed to new one) some sort of 5:4 screen
3x laptops with Windows 7 (i7 and i3) about 5 years old, (Toshiba, Sony, HP) 1366x768, 1920x1080
1x laptop with windows 8 (i5 i think) 2 years old 1920x1080

We already use 1x WiFi router to share internet

If there is no wireless solution, is there any wired solution?

Smartphones: Galaxy S3 mini, iPhone 5, etc - these would be bonus but are not requiered.

Have a small machine that is connected to the TV for normal presentations. Connect to the laptop or other machines via remote control software on this TV connected machine if you need to have another machines screen up on the TV.

am i wrong assuming you mean the other way around? (I know this would work that the PC would be like server with TV screen and i would open up the server screen on my Laptop via the SW, had to upload the stuff to servers HDD first etc?)

Because i need for example to open the Laptops Outlook (not available on server) and show an information from e-mail.
So, would this work that the server would present the laptop's desktop ?

Well its different than that, its not like there will be 1 speaker. Imagine a discussion between 5 people sitting all in front of their Laptops and suddenly one of them needs to show the other ones his email on the screen, than the other one replies "oh i found that, i have it here" and he will be able to show for example Photo on the screen. He would talk for 3 minutes and than somone woul jump in and say "oh ok i have it drawn in AutoCAD" and he will share his laptopts opened AutoCAD on the big screen.

Laptop OSes do not matter. What matter is what (common) video output do they have. It seems that every laptop I have seen has either VGA or HDMI.

Get N-to-1 HDMI switch (N being the number of laptops), this will be like $40. Connect the output of that switch to the TV.
For each laptop with VGA output - get VGA-to-HDMI adapter. This will be like $25 each.
For remaining laptops get orginary HDMI cable.
Connect everything to the HDMI switch.

Now - each speaker activates its secondary screen (VGA or HDMI), and selects it's input on the HDMI switch.

What I meant is that you always just use the 'presenting' machine that's connected to the TV at all times. Whatever machines you need to control you can set up something like VNC or Team Viewer on and remote in to it and run it in full screen mode... then the TV will be displaying the remote screen.

You could also just run a cable from the TV to where ever the PC would be sitting that you want to control and use a logitech harmony remote to select the inputs on the TV and just label the buttons something like 'HDMI', 'VGA'... etc.

There are plenty of ways of setting it up with meeting software too where anyone can share their screen and have the presenting machine always connected to the TV in a perpetual meeting...
