I found a prebuilt with the following specs:
Power Supply: 500w silent sata
Motherboard: asus b85m-g socket 1150
Processor: intel core i7 4790k 4.0 ghz (Haswell)
RAM: Crucial (2x8gb)16 gb ddr3
SSD: Crucial 128gb mx100 ct128mx100ssd1 sata3
HD: Seagate 1000gb sata3 1 tb 64mb
Video Card: Manli gtx760 4gb
DVD: LG dvd rw h24n dual layer
Audio Card: onboard 7.1 dolby surround
2 year warranty
It comes with the stock CPU fan and the case doesn't seem that great but I do not know the model. No OS either.
It cost about (800euro) $872.00. Is this a deal worth taking and if so, would I need to add some components? For the record, I want to use it mostly for Microsoft Flight Simulator X.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Solution
Motherboard and CPU don't really go together. I7-4790k is the highest end consumer chip. Motherboard is a previous generation and designed for low-powered business machines. It will technically work, but I'm not sure a B85 board can handle an i7 running at full speed, might be unstable or have to throttle it. (VRMs could overheat essentially)

GPU is older, but still relevant since it is the 4GB model. It would provide decent performance at 1920x1080.

With no OS it might be still worth it. You can always replace the motherboard for about 100 Euro

Agreed on the powersupply, probably came with case and those are usually pretty terrible.

I guess the biggest concern might be this person is just selling off parts they used/abused. They may have been trying to overclock that CPU and found it didn't meet their goals, then slapped it in a cheap motherboard (with the stock cooler they never used) to sell it.

And this would be a logical time to be getting rid of GTX700 series cards in favor of 900 series.
