Hey guys,
So my friend and I have long been gamers together, and recently he has switched to a custom built pc. I have been a pc gamer for a long time so he occasionally comes over and we hang out and play some borderlands/payday or pretty much anything. I am now moving farther away, and it will be more of an annoyance to move is relatively big pc to and from my house everytime we want to game (and console split-screen is awful). So my question is this: is there a way to log into two different steam accounts on the same pc, use two different controller and 2 different screens to game?
TL:TR
I want to use a two monitor set up. I want to be able to open 2 different instances of borderlands 2 (for example), one on each monitor. I want the 2 different instances of the game to be 2 completely separate steam account owners (not entirely necessary, but would be nice), and I want to use 1 controller to only work with one instance of the game, and the other controller (or keyboard) to only work with the other instance of the game.
I know this is a lot of wants and if it can't be done I understand, just seems like something someone may have figured out, but can't seem to find it online.
I am also not particularly worried about lag or something like that (I can always drop the settings) but I do pull about 120-150 fps on ultra so 2 instances of the game with dropped settings should run ok I would imagine.
Thanks in advance!
