Can't find UEFI to CSM in Toshiba bios.

If you've disabled secure boot already, the setting for CSM/Legacy Support is usually located in the Boot tab. It may not be called CSM but rather legacy boot/legacy support, but without seeing a picture of the UEFI I couldn't tell you for sure.

Look inside advanced->system configuration. If you can't find it there, snap a pic and post it up
