So I ran into a really wierd situation.
I just updgraded my computer, got my parts today and put them on. Everything worked fine, installed windows and was trying to install my ethernet drivers with drivers on windows when my windows froze up.
I hard reset and now I'm not getting any display, from bios or otherwise. It just turns on, fans spin for about 1 minutes then it turns off for about 2-4 seconds and turns back on again.

Any ideas?

Update:
Turned my comp off for about 30 minutes, unplugged, then came back, turned it on and now it works. I have no idea how this could have happened both ways :(

I had two systems die 9 months ago. One was similar to yours if it also will not shut down without a soft off. After some effort it would not start again. I was able to recover the CPU and use it now on an 8 year old board I revived. The other simply would not start, with both the CPU and board fried. I think that system had a scorch mark on the back near the north bridge. If you can check the temps in the BIOS or Windows that could help understand the situation.

New update:
Started back up again kinda. It now seems to freeze randomly in windows and I have to hard reset, where it will not display anything afterwards. I take out the CMOS battery for 5 minutes, pop it back in and it works just fine. Done this twice now. Temps are fine all around, I have no idea what could be causing this :(

I was kinda thinking that too. Now my computer only freezes when I'm playing games, sometimes it straight up freezes and other times the screens gets rainbow colors in the form of pixels. Both times I have to hard reset and sometimes it boots up fine other times I have to reset the CMOS again. This is getting really anoying :(
I did look in a few places on the web and people were saying that it also could be a memory problem, which I took out the new memory I got and left in the old and still same thing. I tried creating a bootable memtest usb but no matter what I do it won't boot from it.

Old mem:

New mem:

Anyway for me to diagnose which exactly is causing the problem?

And also I know it has nothing to do with temps because when the freezes happen my cpu and gpu are under 60 and my case is under 35 (unless somehow my RAM is overheating).

If the RAM is on the approved list for the motherboard it should work but some major issues arise on architecture changes. I use the Crucial app to find guaranteed memory but most should guarantee.
It shouldn't be a game specific issue if the older hardware worked but the driver for the graphics can cause some issues if updated.
Sorry but Crossfire is really outside my experience. My 8 year old motherboard works with a 240GT but failed (nearly dead) with a then current card and performed poorly with a 9600GT I finally retired.
Did you install drivers in the same order as in the original system or was it preinstalled?
