i ordered a Corsair VS450 450 Watt PSU and
Gainward NVIDIA 2GB DDR3 GT610 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card,

my system configuration is

intel i5 - 4440 @ 3.10ghz
4gb ram
500 gb hard disk
DB85Fl 4th gen motherboard
24 inch monitor

Is a 450 watt power supply unit enough for my pc?

yup, you're plenty fine. the GT610 is not a power-hungry card, and the i5 is less than 100W anyways. i doubt you'll be using more than 230W of power with your system.
Yes you should be fine. The GT610 is a very low end GPU and doesn't require much power. The rest of your system isn't very power hungry either. You could probably handle a R9 270x or even the GTX 960 with the PSU you have (34A on the 12v rail <--needed for mainly GPU power), but that would be on the high end of GPU's that you could use.
