I have several games, Outlast, CS: GO, Lichdom Battlemage, GW2, Titanfall, etc.
These game will start up but withing 10 minutes the screen will just go black and the sound will start to skip and then my PC restarts. Once it restarts and I log in, my wi-fi adapter never connects properly. Which makes me restart again, then it will work. The only game I can play without any problems is League of Legends.

It's extremely frustrating because I pay all this money for games and can't even play them.

If you could kindly give me suggestions or build for another PC, that would be a pleasure.
I'm so tired of this PC.

(Budget for PC would be around $1200 or so. Not sure at this moment. Doesn't really matter.)

Thanks in advance for any help!

What are the temperatures for CPU and GPU?
What are the PSU's manufacturer, brand and model?

For the former question, you can use monitoring softwares such as CoreTemp or Speedfan for the CPU, GPU-Z or MSI Afterburner for the GPU or HWinfo for both, albeit it doesn't always detect everything (I use it consistently to help out friends in real life, and sometimes GPU temps can't be detected, no matter what you do).

For the latter question, you either need to know it beforehand or open your PC's case.
