hello i am surprised that how much watt my gpu is consuming at ultra settings in far cry 4 and ac unity @ 768p if any expert can tell i will be glad my pc specs are i have a i3 2120 so it is a ultra quiet cpu and i dont worry about the cpu i dont oc anything all are at stock speed
1. i3 2120@3.3 ghz ( cores 2 threads 4 HT enabled )
2. Dual channel 2x4 gb total 8 gb twinmos 1333 mhz ram
3. Sapphire Dual X R9 270 OC 2GB DDR5 ( 14.12 omega for windows 8.1 pro x64)@ stock 945/1400
4.Asus P8 H61 MLX 3 r2.0
5.Thermaltake litepower 550w Black edition.
6. Samsung 1 tb hdd

you'd need a power meter to be sure but i think around 100-150W max for the psu. and the whole pc maybe around 200-250W DC and 300W pulled from the power socket

pick all your parts in a pcpartpicker page and you will get an estimated wattage there too. the numbers i gave you are just rough estimates off the top of my head.
