Which case should i take?

Honestly i would have taken raidmax super aeolus black as it looks like the best option for my budget but it went out of stock in my country so now i am down to these two:

Raidmax Super Helios Black - Windowed Side Panel
or
Sharkoon VG4-W

I am looking for one that offers best possible cooling, cable management and space. i am planning on getting the 212 Evo cpu cooler in the near future.

Ok, honestly, neither. I realize your available selection may be limited, but Raidmax and Sharkoon products should be avoided when possible. Quality is poor, support is non-existent and RMA rates are very high.

Stick to cases made by Corsair, Cooler Master, Phanteks, Rosewill, NZXT, Fractal design, Thermaltake, Bit Fenix, Zalman and Silverstone. Not all of their models are great, but most of them are at least ok.
