i5 4690k
GTX 970
2x4GB G,.Skill Ripjaws X DDr3
250GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO
1TB WD Caveir Blue

I m looking for a monitor.
But want to know any sort of Performance difference I will actually See with Either 60hz or 120hz?

Does this gtx 970 ok with 60Hz?

Yes you will be able to tell. linus himself tested this and discovered while playing an FPS he was able to recognize the difference in 60Hz and 120Hz. The video is on youtube.

Yes, motion will feel more fluid and smooth. I myself use my BenQ XL2411z with Lightboost settings at 120hz, which also reduces a lot of motionblur.

Yes once you have seen it you will not want to go back
But i suspect that gtx 970 can push much beyond 60fps in the latest AAA titles
Windows will run smoother, especially noticiable will be fast cursor movements
