Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro on Yosemite 10.10 and an iPhone 6.

When I'm at work, I have access to all of my iCloud data.

However when I'm at home on my wireless network, my contacts, music and other data is greyed out and I can't access it at all. This affects BOTH my MBP and iPhone.

I looked into it and found that restrictions may be a factor, however restrictions only affect mobile devices, apparently not MacBooks.

If anyone who could shed some light on this for me I'd appreciate it greatly.

Thanks,

Joe.

Solution
First can you access iCloud.com and login there on a browser?

You didn't provide any information about your home network such as what type of WAP you have, who your service provider is, and what the security settings are on your WAP/Router so we are left to guess.

You might check firewall settings on your WAP and see if relaxing them temporarily corrects the issue.
