Sata 2.0 or 3.0?

Dude SATA 3 is better for ssd but the ssd wil never get to those speeds anyway, but the high bandwidth is nice. The SHDD can be plugged into the SATA 2 port, it won`t make a diff. If you only have 2 of them then yes the SSD SATA3...

BTW: anything will work on any of the 2 ports...

Absolutely! Wanted to say that, whatever you have in the other SATA3 port, remove it and put these 2 in there. But if you only have one then the SSD takes priority...
 


No, SSHD will take advantage to the SATA 3 like a SSD not like a mechanical HDD which will never reach the speed of SATA 2
