What is the best thermal paste for closed loop liquid coolers?

I am switching out a new processor, so I thought to myself... maybe I should get a high end thermal paste instead of reusing the one that came with my nepton.

I have a nepton 280L upgraded noctua 3000rpm fans. Any suggestion?

I do not wanna hear Artic silver btw, I heard they are better for regular heatsinks, not liquid coolers.

I use EVGA Frostbite Thermal paste. I always take the stock paste off of my water blocks and coolers if they're supplied with compound preapplied. The EKWB paste that comes with their water blocks is runny, but not a bad paste either.
