Action Center Notification Won't Close? Please Help!

A while ago I clicked on the action center flag icon in Windows Tray and ever since I can not close the notification. I have since removed the icon from the tray and restarted Windows, didn't fix the problem! Any ideas how I could solve this? It just won't go away whatsoever.

Tried that already and didn't solve it. The notification itself is just stuck there, it's not active or anything. I have already removed the Action Center icon and notifications.

did you solve the error in the notification center if not it will always come back at every boot up .

What do you mean? I have everything to do with notification center and action center disabled and it is still there.

the erro it report could come back on evey start up if it not solve some you wont be able to shut notification off .

Problem was solved by starting task manager and killing explorer.exe. Then starting explorer.exe back up again via the Task Manager.
