Im thinking of overclocking my cpu, I'm not sure if I have enough to cool it though. My 6300 is currently clocked at 3.5ghz and I'm hoping to get it to 4 or more. My current cpu cooler is a Enermax ETS-T40-TB I also have a few 120mm case fans for Extra air flow, is this enough?

Yes iverclock it boot in bios increase the cpu ratio/ multiplier to next lvl and incres voltages
Increases everything slightly
First of all turn cpu boost mode off then go with overclocking..
Reboot pc do a nlend test with the help of prime95 if no errors all cores passsed the stress test then reboot in bios again and increase the multiplier again a little bit if test fail increase voltages then test again!! Keep on repeating untill u hit ur desired frequency
