will 8350 bottleneck r9 290?

i have an 8350 @ 4.6ghz and 290 at 1050/1350 +50mv i get 60 fps in most games im just curious is to if i should have got a intel cpu in dying light i get 50-80fps high settings in h1z1 100+ fps and in pleasent valley i get 40 fps far cry 4 i get 40- 60 fps and at 1440p i get a solid 40-50fps in fc4 im probably over thinking this about my cpu im just not sure anymore im starting to doubt my cpu in bf hardline ultra settings i get 70-80fps 1080p and in 1440p high settings i get 50-60fps and bf4 i get 80-90fps

That CPU will not perform much better than that. Really the way to see a drastic increase in FPS is to have a better GPU. But being as BF4 is more CPU based having an Intel CPU, that has much more single processing power than the majority of AMD CPUs, would be more beneficial.

I have an 8350 @ 4.6Ghz as well and it doesn't even compare to the i7 4790K I have clocked at 4.7Ghz. An i5 4690K would be more than enough and be way more powerful than the 8350. If you don't want to overclock it then then non K version is a good way to go as well.
