i suppose that depends on if you like the game selection you have with ps3. keep in mind that the ps3 is nearing its end-of-life in terms of new titles being released since the ps4 is gaining in popularity so i wouldnt be suprised if they quit making new games for it sooner or later. if you are happy with the current selection of games available then it might be a worthwhile choice, if not, then maybe not.

personally i have both a pc and ps3 and find i go to each for different things.

if you upgraded your pc...

an a8 (or a10) will get you "fair" performance when it comes to games if you do not mind running them on low settings. keep in mind that it does not have much of an upgrade path though so what you have is what you're going to...
I would upgrade the graphics card in your current computer. What PSU is in your current pc?

You do need a new mobo/cpu.
Edit:
I think you need a whole new computer, it's time for a new one not just upgrades. Certain things can be re-used for example if you have a good quality PSU rated with enough Watts.

A new computer is not an option, sorry. I only have 200 euros to spend and I can't find any decent pc for that, that's better than upgrading my current pc..

Cheapest I could come up with without too many sacrifices.
I chose a decent budget PSU that would let you upgrade later to a better graphics card.
I chose the cpu that is one of the best for the money.
I only did one ram stick for now, you can drop in another when you can afford it.
It has a discrete graphics, it's not the best but it beats an APU.

The idea behind my recommendation is upgrading is possible without scrapping parts(Except graphics card).

This build could eventually be upgraded to a gtx 970, with another 4gigs of ram,SSD, etc.
I wouldn't buy anything until you could afford at least this.

if your budget was only larger you might be able to get into a g3258 socket 1150 system but for 200euro i dont think its a possibility (would need at bare minimum 300euro or a hair more). such a system is upgradeable to higher end parts in the future. if you wont ever be doing that... i'd just get an amd a-8 or a-10 (or ps3).

Thanks for the responses. As for you, Andy, I'm sorry I didn't choose your solution, but I can't spend that much money within 2 months..

And ssddx, thanks for responding too. I know the ps3 is aging, but it's only a temporary console for me. In half a year or so I will have a part time job in a supermarket and earn enough money to buy a new gaming pc or a ps4 (or ps5 when it's released)

Again, many thanks my heroes.
