Dell Poweredge T300 e2011 error

I revently received a Dell Poweredge T300 server with Server 2008 x64. It only had 4GB of Ram 4x1GB DDR2- 667, I of course wanted more Ram so with 3 banks, 2 slots each I found ECC Registered DDR2- 667 2GB x6 and installed it filling all slots available. Once I put it all back together and flipped it on, the LCD displayed e2011, this means the ram was seen but not configured, so I test all the dims and they each work in the banks 1 and 2 but when I put ram in bank 3 I get the e2011. Is there something I can do to get it to configure for ram in bank 3 for 12GB of Ram?

You happen to know which model CPU is installed?

Intel Xeon Cpu X3323 @2.50GHz

I'm not sure that processor handles triple channel memory.

Thanks for the update, I didn't think to check processor compatibility. What would you recommend for a processor upgrade?

Not sure what socket your system has, I would check with Dell for a list of compatible processor models.

An update My Dell PowerEdge T300 Supports all the ram however one of the DIMMS I received were bad. I tested several configurations and through process of elimination one of the DIMMs wasn't able to be configured correctly. Thanks for all the help.
