Pc turns off after 1 second.

My PC was working perfectly, so I turned it off. And now, i turn it on and it turns off 1 second later. Can anyone help me?

I already tested out the case, I have tested the PSU.

At one moment, i got turn it on, but only get 3 short beeps and turns off, and it did stay repeating that cycle until i turned it off. Sorry by my bad English! (I'm from Brazil).

try clearing the CMOS. Take out the CMOS battery for like 10 minutes also, before putting it back in and booting again. If the issue is indeed a corrupt BIOS, you are SOL unless you have a dual bios. You will have to RMA or replace bios chip.

the best way to find out is to look at your motherboard manual for the POST code. Three short beeps usually means some sort of RAM issue. Try taking out one of your RAM (if you have more than one stick) and booting to see if it happens and switch the stick to figure out which RAM module may be causing the issue. Otherwise, you can try using another slot as it could also potentially be a faulty RAM slot.

My MoBo worked only in that moment, with 3 beeps. Now it continues turning on and turning off 1 second later.

I have tested the RAM on all slots (2), i have tested without RAM, with CPU, without CPU. I have tested with another PSU.

Always i get the same result. I got a older MoBo (it's working), and i seen that: if I change the CMOS Jumper position and try to turn on, it turn on for split second, like my dead Mobo.

That makes me think the Bios is damaged, corrupt. What you think about that? More any ideia to help me?

I need a miracle! Kkkkk
