Using PC Part Picker, I have made two system builds with different CPU cooler, motherboard, memory, 2nd storage, and video card in a respective order. The rest of the parts are the same when you compare both.

My PC Building budget is $1450 max.
I also want to future-proof this build as well, by adding in 2nd graphics card (SLI) someday.

I plan to play racing games, FPS games, like Far Cry 4, Battlefield Hardline, and a several RPG. games.

The problem is, I don't know which one system I should go with. They are both impressive, but which one will give me more bang for buck in terms of performance (Constant 60+ fps on high setting)? Which one is more powerful?

I've heard there are issues with the Krait mobo so my vote goes for the other build. There's not much difference between the two to be honest though, so performance would be very close if not the same really. I would switch out the SSD with a Samsung Evo or something.
