OK so i started my PC up and started playing war thunder i opened chrome and it took FOREVER anyways i waited and closed that , went back to war thunder and started playing, SUPER LAGGY checked and i was at 98% usage i closed that and went into task manager. I had 94% used at idle, being still new to computers i had no idea what the resource manager reads but it was using 15.1 GB of my 16GB being used and no cached ram. In the normal task manager screen it had roughly 600MB used? WTF was wrong? I built this PC about 2 weeks ago and seems to run great except for this. This has never happened and i restarted and it was fine?
