The left fan on my Gigabyte GTX 660 makes a rattling noise after playing on games and i constantly have to tweak the fan speeds to make it stop which is become a real hassle. Does anyone know any simple remedies for this? It is out of warranty and i cant afford a new one.

1. Have you cleaned the dust off lately ? This can cause fan to be unbalanced .... like me 
... and it will wobble when spinning possibly hitting fan shroud
2. If clean, is fan "wobbly", that would indicate a bearing failure.
3. Check clearance between fan and shroud ... may have to trim the shroud w/ an exacto knife
