A friend of mine is having me post this for him as currently he doesn't have a rig, his motherboard is an ASRock H97 Pro4,

What exactly could've caused this? His rig was not OC'd in any way or Over Voltaged. 100% out of the box speeds on everything. The PC was just idling and only had FireFox open.
Any help as ASRock has nothing on this.
