I cannot build a computer myself and my parents don't trust the internet, so unless one of you could show me how to build a computer I need a pre built one for under 600$ USA

Here, basically the same price, but it's "last generation" that's not a bad thing since that stuff was perfectly fine.

Ok, What if I rose my budget to 700$ Also Would these specs give me a computer that is better than jackfrags build (the new 700 one) Also, James mason again how would it compare to jackfrags build?
Also I already have the disks for windows so don't worry about that.

I tried to help this kid buy offering him a brand new assembled, OC'd, Benchmarked, FX6300/MSI R9-270x/8GB RAM/1TB HD/600w EVGA PSU/Hyper 212 EVO Cooler/Win 7 64bit Pro/ for $610 shipped. And was called untrust worthy, told he could build it cheaper and better. But then asked me for a list of components....

Looks like this kid is looking for the gaming PC everyone else is in search of...... The Free One. Good Luck in your search. The PC I spec'd out would have been $621 after rebates using parts picker and that didn't factor in the cost of shipping.

I also offered to put him in direct contact with a couple of my recent PC build customers. And had he asked nicely instead of calling me a thief, I would have directed him to view my eBay profile where I have 800+ positive feedback with ZERO negative.

I don't see any "jackfrag" in this thread so I don't know what build you're talking about.
But 700 and not needing windows DOES get you a much better setup.

This should play most games at very decent settings and FPS:

Thanks a bunch James Mason! What I meant about Jackfrags, he is a youtuber who made a vid about a cheap build. Also, Low_psi I never meant to insult you, I never called you a thief, and I also never called you untrustworthy, I just meant I wanted to be really sure about the build, as I have been stolen from before! Anyway, I appreciate the help James Mason, but I am wondering if you can take off a bit of the price on something else so I can get this monitor: Asus - 21.5" IPS LED HD Monitor - Black. I would really appreciate if you could find that out, if it is too much to ask I will try to find out myself, please don't take offense I am not trying to be rude or anything. I just want to find out about this stuff.Again thanks, hope you have a good day!

Is your wireless mouse a usb3.0? The motherboard has usb3.0 ports in the back. If you still want the USb 3.0 front port to work you can get a motherboard with front port USb3.0 for only a little more:
