I Have Sandisk MicroSD Card 8GB Class 4,I Plugged It In A USB Slot(With Card Reader)Of Set Top Box To Record My TV Shows....Then After Doing So,File System Changed From FAT To RAW And I Can't Format It,I Tried CMD,Disk Management etc. But I Failed Please Help Me Out Of This..

I'd suggest you to check your MicroSD card manufacturer's website for a formatting utility as a last resort.
If that doesn't work, the card might have failed completely.
I hope it's not the case though!
