My budget is around $200 and I'm looking a decent graphic card for my system below
i5 2400
8GB RAM
Asrock Z77M
HD 7790
Due to the fact that my processor only support PCIe 2.0, I want to look for a card that will not saturate my pcie port
You don't list your powersupply by the way. Those 280/280Xs, though fantastic value for the performance you get, are extremely power hungry and need a decent PSU.
What's your make & model?
Custom build PC, my power supply is Cooler Master GXII 550w. My casing limitation is 11.4 inch for expansion card
That is not a very good psu, maybe you shouldnt get a 280x, but it surely can handle the 280.
