Looking for something less than $60 and will fit into a Corsair Carbide Spec-01 case. I will be using the intel i5-4690k cpu, and am planning to overclock.

I started buying some parts over Black Friday - Christmas because of sales, and sometimes the sales were so good that I chose some worse (not much worse) parts over others. But this is my first build and I decided on the other parts earlier on so of course they aren't as good as they were 4 months ago. And I was expecting to make a few mistakes but thanks for the help anyway.

I don't see why it would have a problem. It's a closed loop liquid cooler with 120mm radiator. I used it in my other rig that has 4670K for years and never had any heat problems. That including running the 4670K @ 4.4GHz (for nearly 3 years now). I do recommend it if you get can it for a decent price.
