What is the best RAM?

Hey guys I have a slight issue with not knowing which RAM to pick up. Not so sure on any of this. My Pc consists of:

MOBO - Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
CPU - AMD FX-8370
GPU - Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 280x
750W
cooler master Hyper 212 Evo

I need 16gb preferably as I use this PC for gaming and video editing and sometimes host random servers.

Let me know the best RAM I can buy, price is not an issue.

Ok now so what is better. adding 4x4gb or 2x8gb? if I have 2x4gb can i add an extra 2x4gb if it is a different brand as long as they are both 1600mhz?

Do you have any RAM already? There is always a chance that the sticks from different companies (or even from same companies in extreme cases)
will not work together.
Also where do you live?

Then you are better off getting that kit anyway.
It will be the most compatible but there is always a tiny risk.
