MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte Z97P-D3 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard

Hi. I'm not on a high budget so I want to ask whether this motherboard is good for the i7 4770k. And whether it will fill all my needs. Also will I be able to overclock with this motherboard and does it have all the features like SATA 3, DDR3 ram and stuff. I don't know that much about motherboards though.
EDIT: The reason I'm asking about the motherboard for the i7 4770k is because I got it rather cheap.
