I recently bought a new pc and the graphics card is nvidia gtx 960 and the processor is a msi 970a-g43 I've heard that people have problems with the vrm and stuff on overclocking and stuff

Now for my question
1)I'm not a guy who understands the vrm and bios stuff and certainly not going to oc my graphics card so do I need to care?

2) and what cooler should I get for amd fx 8350 a cooler master hyper 212 evo or 212x I have a cooler master cm force 500 and will these coolers take care of vrm issue

Note I'm out of budget except for my cooler master

Thanks in advance for your time

If you're not going to overclock then you don't need to worry or care. For educational purposes the VRM's surround the processor and a stock style cooler usually cools them sufficiently. If you get an aftermarket cooler (like the Hyper 212 EVO which is recommended) you will lose some of that cooling ability, BUT if you're not overclocking you really don't need to worry about it.

Generally you should have no problem, that said if you're concerned you can buy these:

To dissipate heat from the VRM's.

So for the motherboard, I don't need to worry about the lack of heatsinks if I don't plan overclocking?

Without the Heatsinks you may experience thermal throttle at high loads even at stock CPU speeds.

I am not gonna use it for heavy purposes. Usually, surf internet, watch movies. And yes, I'll play games at moderate settings. So I don't think I'll be putting the CPU at high loads. For now, I'll have my case fans pointing at the vrm area.
