Shadows of mordor fmv stuttering

Hi when i play shadows of mordor the game runs smoothly but fmvs have occasional stuttering my specs include
cpu amd 8350
Gpu amd r9 290
8 gigs of ddr3 ram
500 gig hdd
730 watt psu

Any help would be greatly appreciated

this problem appears to be in more than just Shadows of mordor. ive noticed that the audio cuts out as well could this be an audio driver or hardware issue?
