I owned a Dell Optiplex GX280 and I have a nVIDIA GeForce GT 610 2GB PCI-Express 2.0 x16 DVI+HDMI Single Slot Low Profile Video Graphics Card that I bought with it. It has a DVI and HDMI slot with it and monitor has only a DVI slot. What I need to know what specific DVI cable (DVI-D, DVI-I, single or duel?) cord to use to connect with my graphics card (already installed) to connect with my monitor to? (No my monitor does not have a HDMI slot attached to it?)

Solution
any DVI will be fine. no need to worry about DVI Dual Link unless you're running a high resolution like 1400x2500 or something. for normal 1920x1080 the plain-vanilla DVI is fine.
