If u use gtx 980 on a 1080p display, then u'l get screen tearing on ur monitor...
Attach that beastly gtx 980 with at least a 1440p display... They will easily keep u hapy 4 next 4-5 years...
And u can always oc d gpu in future whenever u'l need d extra performance...
