okay lets do it in ducht to make it easy for you

can u use GPUZ and tell me that exact model of the card?

a 4GB card im going to bet it is a R9 290/R9 290X on a 500W psu i dont know what make and model is this but u would need a tire one PSU

to run that card on 550W i wouldint use anything less than 650w for it lift the side panel and tell me how many Amps the 12V rail is rated for

So according to d pic u posted, when i saw d specs in that pic...
Its the "amd radeon r9 270x"...
I hv the same gpu from sapphire (tri-x model), and i run those games perfectly on ma machine.
So dont worry bout ur psu.. 500watts are more than enough to run ur whole pc...
Jst open the side panel of ur pc and make sure that the 2 power cables coming from the psu are attached to ur graphics board...
If not then for once jst remove the gpu out and put it back in the same pci-e slot on the mobo, re-attach the graphics power cables and try playing again...
If u, urself cant do what i m telling u to do, jst tel some1 who can do it, instead doing it wrong and blow up d pc...
From what u hv told the power delivery to the gpu is d only problem i can think of right now.
Gud luck.
Dnt 4get 2 select d bst answer...

That's not enough info. What brand and model of PSU?

Untill now the evidence points to a faulty GPU. Take it to warranty or RMA if you can.
