Problem with Nvidia GTX 650 (Odd Graphical Glitches)

So about a month ago I started getting 'digital noise' on my screen. It sort of looked like film grain, but all sorts of colours, mainly blue and green. It was annoying but it wasn't a huge problem. However a week later it started to interfere with my games. They would have very obvious visual glitches (Album below) and it hasn't gone away, in fact it got worse. I've reformatted my computer and re-installed windows and my graphics drivers, but the problem is still there.

I use Nvidia GeForce Experience to install my drivers and at the moment I have the most recent drivers for my card (GeForce Game Ready Driver Verson 347.88)

I'm curious if this is a software issues (drivers or something like that) or if this is a hardware issue and I'll need to buy a new card?

Here is an album of the glitches, and at the end some system specs. (http://imgur.com/a/LHvYV#0)

Thanks for any and all help.

Specs:

Nvdia GTX 650 & Intel i5-4570 @ 3.2 GHz

Looks like a capacitors blown. You'll either need to buy a new card, or attempt to replace it. It wouldn't be too hard but you would need soldering kits etc, and have to dismantle the card
