Hello! I reset my laptop to factory setting (out-of-box condition) to "cure" it coz it was sickly with virus and all! I was able to do it somehow. Now, when I open my computer, it is saying "setting up for first use" and briefly it will say "welcome" and change to "Please wait...intel management engine interface 4/40" It keeps doing that. Initially it has been 24 hrs that I did not interrupt or shutdown the computer. But it did not move anywhere. So I got tired waiting so I force to turn off my computer and turn it back on. Then it will say "administrator locked". When I click that i get a message saying that my account has been disabled. Please check your system administrator." I click ok and it goes back to "administrator locked" status. My question is, how to get pass that "administrator locked" situation? It is not asking for a password at all.
How to get pass "Administrator Locked" on a factory reset toshiba satellite laptop???
