Where to buy OEM/Tray CPUs? (Intel)

Does anyone know a source for purchasing OEM/Tray CPUs? I see a lot of search results for such things on e-bay and such, but I'm looking for a reputable retailer.

I'm simply curious. Not in the market for a new CPU at the moment. My 2600k is still rockin'.

Just a quick question, do you know what the average savings should be for a Tray/OEM CPU over a standard boxed one? I'm trying to absorb some information on the subject.

I wonder how much these trays cost for OEMs. I wouldn't mind trying to work out a deal haha. $6 isn't worth it as is
