Ok So my computer has gotten a lot slower out of no where and some issues i have been having would be slower on starting up, games experiencing lag with good ping and fps staying at 60 so im thinking it could be my harddrive failing me since its the only thing i haven't replaced in like 4 years of having the computer or my powersupply is dying. However i have ran 2 programs for hdd and they both have a warning or caution on the harddrive idk but i would love to fix this problem and help would be great. its been a problem with everything slowing down fixing this would definitely help me out. Not to mention all my temperatures on my parts look fine and cpu usage is staying low

It's sign of hdd failing. I would recommend 120gb ssd for operating system - you will notice difference with speeds and if budget is no issue then another 500GB for storage bigger or smaller depending on what games you play and how much storage you need. If you look on newegg they have specials for Samsung and crucial ssds once a while so you can grab them for cheap. If you are on budget I would go with 7200rpm wd or Seagate for faster speeds than 5400 rpm. Hope that helps.
