how cold will my gpu get with this water cooling kit

Your reporting tool is incorrect. Unless you are doing this in a walk-in freezer.

My cpu idle is 12c and 18c on load my gpu is 33c and 80c on load ....my cpu is using the hyper 212 and I just wanted to see what temperature I would get on my gpu and cpu if I got the water cooling kit

It physically cannot do that, unless you are inside of a walk-in freezer. You can't get below ambient temp with a standard air or water cooler.
I have a Hyper 212 as well.

OHM, and many tools, or even CPU sensors, are notoriously bad for reporting idle temps.

Given a 78F/25.5C room.....with the PC OFF, the CPU temp is 78F/25.5C.
Turn it on, and heat is generated. The Hyper212 can remove most of that heat from the CPU...but not all of it.

It cannot be below that ambient room temp.
