Is there a way to plug a 5050 RGB LED into a power supply

I really want to plug some sort of RGB lighting into my PC. Is there a way to plug this into my PSU EVGA G2 750w will this work?

On the image, it shows a molex connector. There are certain connectors that go from the Power Supply to attach to a molex connector, thus making them light up.
