I recently built my own PC:

Corsair CX 750M PSU
Intel i7 5820k CPU
MSI x99s SLI Plus Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8 GB RAM
MSI Nvidia GTX 970 Gaming 4G
Samsung Pro 800 128 GB SSD
Windows 8.1 Pro

My issue is that the computer randomly reboots, without a BSOD. There are no triggers for the reboots. Sometimes it reboots while gaming, but at other times, it reboots, even if just sitting idle on the login screen.

I've tried all of the following and none helped:
Updated mobo BIOS
Updated nvidia drivers
Used older nvidia drivers
Updated Windows
Checked all power connectors to mobo and gpu
Reinstalled windows
Ran memtest86+ overnight (no errors)
RMAed GPU
RMAed PSU

All settings are stock - there is no overclocking going on. Both CPU and GPU temps are stable below 40 C.

Any ideas?

@MasterDell, can you recommend a different PSU? Did you have bad experiences with Corsair?

@wesman43, it doesn't go through the full process, it just reboots suddenly as if someone hit the hard reset button. there are no memory dumps or BSOD.
