I just built my first pc and after I installed windows I started noticing that the cpu fan was really loud.
So, I downloaded SpeedFan and checked out the temps. 40-45 C idling and when I ran CS:GO the temps went above 60 C. I am using the stock heat sink and I'm not overclocking.

Any help is appreciated, this is really bugging me.

Thanks!

The stock cooler is known to be quite loud, but a quality aftermarket cooler will resolve that issue. A Cooler Master 212 Evo or a Cryorig H7 will run much quieter and properly cool your CPU even when overclocked (as long as the ambient temperature is comfortable).
