Just built first pc with:
Intel i5 4690k
Asrock z97 extreme 4 mobo
2 x 4 gb DDR3 1600 crucial ram
corsair cx600 watt psu
Everything worked fine until recently installing an MSI radeon r9 280 gaming card.
Initially booting the computer after installing card downloaded drivers and configured a few things it was all fine.
Next time I cold booted my computer I got a error 5 quick beeps and boot fail in POST could not reach bios, no display.
I can unplug power connectors to video card and reboot computer with HDMI from mobo and use integrated graphics, then after system is on for a while i can plug video card back in put HDMI in video card and then restart and it boots normally. But whenever I cold boot I have to go through this process. Only thing I can think is initial start up power draw getting everything running including 3 x 120mm case fans is too much power draw for the psu but after it gets going it can run it. I don't have a larger psu to test with. Any ideas on what's happening?

EDIT: I forgot to check if my mobo was giving an error code on when this happens, I'll check when I get back to it.

Seems Like Your Graphics Card's VGA Adapter Is Loose Try To Fix It. Take Out Your Graphics Card. Clean It. ( IT MIGHT HAVE DUST ). And Then Refix It. Hpe This Works. ;)
