need a psu and cooling fan !! please help :)

my config is i5 4440 , r9 280x sapphire vapour x , msi h97m-g43 , corsair vengeance 4x2 , wd blue 1 tb , and a regular cd/dvd drive , please suggest me a good cooling fan and psu also i have no plans for overclocking or crossfire (i am happy with regular performance) also give me some advice for a cheap cabinet. thanks :)

by a cooling fan u mean a cpu cooler? check the 212 EVO and ((cryorig H7))

for a PSU u will need a Tire 1/2 550W check the PSU tire list

however here is a quick run of good PSUs

EVGA B2 /XFX Pro serise /Corsair everything except VS RM and CX / Coolermaster V PSUs / Super flower(evga B2/G2/P2 are made by super flower thats what makes them good )

seasonic PSU's are also good and corsair uses them as the OEM
