Windows 7 0x0000003B BSOD Error - Need someone to take a look at minidump logs!

Hello everyone!

I have been getting multiple BSOD every day for the past week on my ASUS laptop. Whocrashed has designated symantec corporation (norton) (specifically symevent64x86.sys), ntkrnlmp.exe, and ntoskrnl.exe as the main moduls which cause the crashes.

I am not familiar with reading mini dump logs to further decipher the problem; I have read every single other forum post regarding this error and have tried nearly everything from f8 and choosing last known good config and downloading hotfixes and running live update and reinstalling norton but to no avail.

If anyone could take a look at my mini dump logs I would greatly appreciate it a bunch I really need my laptop working

Try uninstalling Norton. Use Win Defender, AVG or Avira for a couple of days to see if it corrects your errors or if you still have some.

third bugcheck was like the first.
second bugcheck was a bad memory address while runing javaws.exe, broke the virus scanner
first bugcheck was a bad address while running javaws.exe, broke something in the windows kernel.

up date it in case it is just a bug in your version.

notes: asmedia usb 3.0 drivers are really old (2011) get a update from your motherboard vendor

you might want to update the bios as well to get USB 3.0 fixes

machine: asus u56e ver 1.0 notebook. bios version u56e.205 5/23/201, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz

you can uninstall norton but often the virus scanners are just having problems because of the old network drivers that are installed on the machine.
Often, if you update the driver the scanner starts working without error.
