Weird Computer Problem

your computer is placed on an uneven surface try to place is somewhere where the ground is flat. Have you placed your pc on half floor and half carpet?

Could you please state your systems specs?
Its possible that the vibrations from your components are reverberating throughout the chassis. Try and note if all the screws are properly fastened, if all the components were properly mounted and if all the fans don't have a wire or two in the path of their airflow. The latter is asked as wires could get in the way of a rotating fan blade.
Inversely also see that your machine sin't clogged with dust. Perhaps the fans are humming to cool of a component that has a heatsink blocked by dust or debris.
